Union Grove – Annabelle D. Hopkins (nee Heimos), 73, passed away on October 24, 2017. She was born October 4, 1944 to Albert and Annabelle (nee Fisher) Heimos in Evanston, Illinois. She married Hallie Hopkins on April 9, 1967 and they were married for 50 years. She was a life-long member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Union Grove. She enjoyed bowling and was known for collecting owls. Annabelle was a wonderful and loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and thrived taking care of the children.

Annabelle is survived by her husband, Hallie; step-daughter, Genie Hopkins of IL; children, Joseph Hampe of ME, Michael (Anna) Hopkins of TN, Greg (Janice) Hopkins of TN, and Jeff (Trisha) Hopkins of IA; and seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings, Arthur Heimos of Pell Lake, WI, Alan (Marcy) Heimos of Green Bay, WI, and Anita (Joe) Gerhardt, of Delavan, WI.

Annabelle was preceded in death by her parents; her twin sister, Alberta Larson; and her brother, Albert Heimos.

Visitation will be held at Miller-Reesman Funeral Home on Friday, October 27, 2017 from 4-7 pm. Prayer service to begin at 7 pm.
