Burlington - Arlene C. Schwarzhuber, age 88, passed away at Burlington Memorial Hospital on October 28, 2020. She was born on June 28, 1932 to parents, James and Clara (nee. Hinsenkemp) Coyne in Milwaukee.

She was a longtime member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Burlington. This included being a member of the choir for 35 years. Arlene volunteered for over 20 years at the Burlington Hospital, as well as being a Girl Scout leader. She enjoyed doing puzzles, camping and fishing with her husband, Jerry, as well as shopping with her girls. Arlene will always be remembered for her chocolate chip cookies and where they were kept in the cookie jar for her family to enjoy. More than anything, she cherished time spent with her husband, children, and grandchildren. Arlene will be dearly missed.

She is survived by her loving husband, Jerry; 6 children; 17 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; and 3 great-great grandchildren.

Arlene was preceded in death by her parents, and brother, Robert.

Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Saturday, November 7, 2020 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 108 McHenry Street, Burlington, WI 53105 at 10 am, officiated by Fr. Jim Volkert. A celebration of Arlene's life will immediately follow at Miller-Reesman Funeral Home from 11:30 am - 1:30 pm.
