Berta Formaro, a beloved homemaker and dedicated animal lover, passed away naturally on August 8, 2024, in her home in Sturtevant, WI. She was born on June 28, 1944, in IA, and was known for her spunky personality, great sense of humor, and huge heart. Berta had a passion for being creative whether she was crafting, decorating, or adding special touches wherever she went which will be cherished forever.

Berta dedicated her life to making her home a warm and welcoming place for all. Her loving nature and caring spirit touched the lives of all who knew her. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

Berta is survived by her sister, Susan Perry; children, William Hutt, Tracy (Lorissa) Formaro, Thomas Formaro, and Terry Formaro; grandchildren, Anthony Formaro, Kristen (Steven) Rittmer, Tracy (Taylor) Formaro Jr., Dominic (Lindsay) Formaro, Nicole Hammer, Elizabeth Formaro, Thomas Formaro Jr.; and niece Rhonda Perry.

She was preceded in death by her parents William and Madge Haynes, former husband Thomas Formaro Sr., Brother-in-law Buck Perry; her daughter Tammy Formaro; and siblings, Joyce Gorrell, Barbara Johnson, Donald Haynes, and Allen Haynes.
