Union Grove – Betty Jane Boyer (nee Jennejohn), 73, passed away on April 6, 2017 at Ascension All Saints Hospital in the loving presence of her family. She was born March 26, 1944 to Henry and Alma (nee Steffen) Jennejohn in Burlington, WI. Betty grew up and lived in the Union Grove area her whole life. She graduated from Union Grove Union High School in 1962. Betty married Carlos Eugene Boyer on July 30, 1983. She worked for Roman Electric for 27 years and then worked for a time at H&R Block. Betty was an avid Packers fan and enjoyed going fishing and cooking for her family.

Betty is survived by her loving husband, Carl; her children, Roy Wade Jones, Jr., Kevin Henry Jones, and Carlos Eugene Boyer II; grandchildren, Katie Marie Jones and Christina Frances (Matthew Scott) Behrens; great-grandchildren, Haiden James Howard and Logan Matthew Behrens; her sister, Alice May Goforth; nephew, Charles Edward Goforth, Jr; and mother-in-law, LaVerne Belle Boyer.

Betty was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Alma; brother, Robert Kisten; brother-in-law, Charles Edward Goforth, Sr.; and father-in-law, Charles E. Boyer.

Visitation will be held at Miller-Reesman Funeral Home on Saturday, April 8, 2017 from 10 am – 12 noon. Service will begin at 12 noon.
