Carl Arthur "Corky" Meyer, 73, passed away peacefully on May 30, 2025 with family by his side. Cancer strikes hard and fast sometimes and doesn't leave much time to say goodbye. The blessing is that he didn't suffer long. He was born on December 27, 1951, to Frederick and Florence (nee. Juech) Meyer. Corky was a proud US Marine veteran.

Corky is survived by his wife Susan (Linnemeier), children Jeremiah (Erin) Meyer-O'Day, Tashina (Brian) Peplinski, Kyra (Matt) Seipel, and Ian Meyer, grandchildren Anola, Ila, Aveline, Bastian, and Ripley. Further survived by two brothers and a sister, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends, as well as his beloved hounds, hunters, conservation organizations, and hunting groups.

Waiting for him on the far side of the rainbow bridge are his parents, sister, family, friends and loyal dogs.

Corky did not want a funeral, however, there will be a fall celebration.
