Salem – Carol Ann Babin, age 73, passed away on June 18, 2022, at Hospice House in Pleasant Prairie. She was born on April 23, 1949, to parents William and Betty (nee. Curnes) Schuburt. Carol took pride in running an at home daycare and a thrift store. She made many friends who she considered family, working at McDonald's where she was the Guest Brand Ambassador. She loved collecting angels, couponing and reminiscing about her childhood on the farm.  Carol was an incredibly motherly woman that loved spending time with family and friends.

Carol is survived by her children; Brenda Butler, Christy Butler, Bill Butler, April Jackson, Steve Lunsford; grandchildren, Emily Rose Coulman, Mikayla (Adam) Knoll, Summer (Manny) Vega, Luvandre Jackson; great grandchildren, Trystan, Genevieve, Ryott, Sage, Alison, Manny, Aubrey, Noah; her sister, Darlene Smith; and many other relatives and friends.

Carol was preceded in death by her parents; 7 still births; stepmom, Marline; great grandchild, Malakai; and siblings, Ronald Schuburt and Sandy Hall.

Services will be on June 25th Visitation 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM with a 11 AM prayer service. All held at the Westosha Lakes Church.
