Burlington - Charles "Chuck" Richards, age 49, passed away on December 20, 2019 at his residence. He was born to Barry and Bonnie (nee. Strader) Richards on March 10, 1970 in Waukesha, where he grew up.

He is survived by his Fiancée, Kim O'Brien. Chuck had four children Charlie, Travis, Breezy and Nikki. He also has his siblings Donna (Craig) Cherney, Barry Jr., Barb (Steve) Rowell and Richie. He is further survived by a host of Nieces, Nephews, Aunts, Uncles, other family and Friends.

Chuck was preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Randy and Bambi.

Visitation for Chuck's family and friends will be held at the Miller-Reesman Funeral Home on December 28, 2019 from 4-6 PM with a service at 6 PM.
