Salem - David Marsch, age 68, passed away on June 22, 2019 at Froedtert Hospital, with his loving wife at his side. He was born on May 25, 1951 to parents Robert and Margaret (nee. Polster) Marsch in St. Francis, Wisconsin.

Dave worked for Kenosha Beef for 48 years and was a longtime member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Brighton. He was a huge fan of the Brewers, Badgers, and Packers, as well as golf. Dave enjoyed playing cards, especially Sheepshead at Jeddys. He loved farming and enjoyed tending to his garden. Dave was a member of the Westosha Kiwanis Club and loved to cook burgers at their booth at the Kenosha County Fair for many years. He also spent a lot of time volunteering at the church, including at the yearly Fall Fest. Dave also actively helped raise money through Catholic Financial. He was a veteran of the United States Army and a member of the Silver Lake VFW.

Dave is survived by his wife, Carol; children, Corrie (Chris) Spaulding and Tim (Rhonda) Marsch; grandchildren, Andrew & Noah Spaulding, Alexis (Chris) Warren, Zackary (Kristen) Ochoa; great grand-children, Stella, Willow, Hailey, and Alyhia Warren; siblings, Tom (Thao) and Kenny (Laura) Marsch; sisters-in-law, Mary Ann (Donald) Bohn and Darlene (Bill) Chart; many other family, relatives, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Barbara; Carol's parents, Herb & Alma Duehring; Ma & Pa Van Swol.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to the entire staff at Froedtert Hospital for the wonderful care given to Dave.

Visitation will be held at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church on Monday, July 1, 2019 from 1:00-6:00 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 6:30 pm, officiated by Fr. Russell Arnett. Full military honors will immediately follow.
