North Cape – Dennis L. Frank, age 69, passed away at his residence on May 22, 2017. He was born on December 2, 1947, to parents Melvin and Margaret (Lentz) Frank in Portage, WI. He graduated from Pardeeville High School and then entered the military. He was a US Navy Veteran and served in Vietnam. He married Mary Ellen Dahlmann on August 28, 1987. Dennis worked as a machinist at Grove Gear for 15 years before he retired. He worked in computer repair for many years and then moved into industrial sales. He also owned his own business. His business centered around his love of computers. His many hobbies included ham radio operation, metal detecting, bowling, hunting, and fishing.

Dennis is survived by his wife, Mary; children, Jennifer (Matthew) Osborn and Jessica (Ryan) Mischler; grandchildren, Micah, Naomi, Natali, and Leylah; his siblings, Vicki Christensen, David (Lois) Frank, Michael (Lisa Williams) Frank, Steve (Cindy) Frank, Martha (Jeff) Bear, and Lori (Frank) Kratky; mother-in-law, Eleanore Dahlmann; Mary's siblings, Linda (Dennis) Henkel, Laura (Timothy) Wayd, Mark Dahlmann, Rick (Michelle) Dahlmann, and Jan (Scott) Mueller; and nieces, nephews, and friends.

Dennis was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Gary Frank; brother-in-law, Terry Christensen; and father-in-law, Ervin Dahlmann.
Burial with full military honors will be Friday, June 2 at 11 am at the Southern Wisconsin Veteran Memorial Cemetery, 21731 Spring St, Union Grove, WI 53182.
