Salem – Dorothy Beck, age 92, passed away on December 3, 2015 at her residence. She was born on October 23, 1923 to parents Leonard and Georgia (nee. Thomas) Alldredge in Mount Vernon, Indiana. On April 9, 1944, she married Roy Beck in Alliance, Ohio.

In the late 1960s, she founded Beckwood Real Estate. Dorothy was a member of the National Association of Realtors and was on the board of Bank of Burlington. In her free time, she loved gardening, travelling, spending winters in Florida, and most of all, spending time with her family. Dorothy was a longtime resident of Salem, WI. She was one of nine children.

Dorothy is survived by her loving husband of 71 years, Roy; her children, Carol (Neil) Rowe of Long Grove, IL, Tom (Barbara) Beck of Newberry, FL, and Cindy (Stephen) Nelson of Salem, WI; grandchildren, Neil Rowe, Rebecca (Josh) Grinstead, and Mark Nelson; great-grandchildren, Liam and Ivy Grinstead, Samantha and Luke Rowe.

Private services were held with burial at the Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Union Grove, WI.
