Edward T. Hoffman, Jr. passed away peacefully in his sleep at the Wisconsin Veterans Home of Union Grove, Wisconsin on June 21, 2019. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Jean and his grandson, Eric Czysz.

A WWII Veteran and Bronze Star recipient - he was buried with full military honors at West Lawn Memorial Park in Racine, WI in a private ceremony on Friday, June 28, 2019.

He leaves behind his daughters - Donna Czysz, Scherry Chewning, and Dorothy Kempf; grandchildren- Jason Kempf, Edward Czysz, Amanda Chewning; and great-grandchildren - Evan Czysz, Nathan Czysz, Lorna Czysz, Madalyn Nofplot, Skyler Kempf, Jackson and Parker Czysz.

Adopted grandchildren - Rhiannon Foat and Timothy Ager; his nieces, Joyce Rightler, Jane Fulcher of Mississipi, Nola Bupp of Arizona, and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the hospice team at the Aurora Health Center, and the nurses and aides at the veterans home.
