Burlington – Evelyn I. Finnegan (nee Weeks), 88, passed away March 2, 2025, at Oak Park Place in Burlington. She is survived by her son, David Wilsmann. A proud Marine Veteran, she will be buried with full military honors at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery on Wednesday, March 12, 2025 at 1 pm.
