Union Grove - Frederick "Scott" Baker, age 68, passed away on April 7, 2023 at Aurora Medical Center in Mount Pleasant, WI. Upon being admitted to the hospital one last time, he was put in the care of hospice. Scott lived his entire life at Southern Wisconsin Center. He has moved to his Heavenly home. Scott will be laid to rest at Union Grove Memorial Cemetery on April 21 at 11:00 am.
