Union Grove – Glenn D. Lawyer, age 90, passed away on March 27, 2018, at the Wisconsin Veteran's Home – Gates Hall. He was born on June 29, 1927 to parents Lewis and Ida (nee. Hollister) Lawyer in Cleveland, Ohio.

Glenn had a long military career, spanning over 30 years, including 2 years in the Army and 20 years in the Air Force. He also served in the Civil Service for 10 years, performing aircraft instrument and watch repair. Glenn was stationed at different places around the world, including Honolulu, Hawaii; Alaska; Seoul, South Korea; Japan; Minot, North Dakota; Texas, and Edwards Air Force Base in California.

In Glenn's free time, he enjoyed being part of the Masons in Zapata, TX and was a Master Mason. He loved to fish, hunt quail, gardening, being around his dogs, and follow baseball, especially the Brewers.

Glenn is survived by his wife, Myrna; sister, Sonja Murdy; step-children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his first wife, Joyce; sons, Michael and Mark; siblings, Betty Cook and Larry Lawyer.

Visitation will be held at the funeral home on April 7, 2018 from 12:00 – 2:00. Funeral services and full military honors will immediately follow. Burial will take place at the Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery in San Antonio, Texas.
