Waterford - Janice J. Nienow, age 78, passed away at her residence on October 20, 2020, three days after her husband, Warren, passed away. She was born on March 30, 1942 to parents Walter and Delores (nee. Winarski) Pepper.

Janice was a longtime member of the Tri-County Baptist Church in Franklin. For many years, she worked as a loan specialist for the Small Business Administration. In her spare time, she enjoyed crocheting and knitting scarves, blankets, and other items for donation to her church and many families. Janice will be dearly missed.

She is survived by her daughter, Chris (Ken) Lahner; grandson, Steven Lahner; siblings, Wayne (Debbie) Pepper and Diane Taylor; many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Graveside services for both Janice and Warren will be held at the Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery on Thursday, November 12, 2020, officiated by Pastor George Schlagel. Full military honors for Warren will immediately follow. Please meet at the funeral home at 10:30 am for the procession to the cemetery.
