Kenosha - Jason M. Kauten, age 56, passed away at his residence on October 17, 2023. He was born on August 23, 1967, to parents Peter and Bette (nee. Stange) Kauten. Jason retired from SC Johnson after more than 20 years of employment. He was an avid hunter, fisher and enjoyed working in the garden with his son. Above all, Jason loved his cats and dogs and spending time with his family.

Jason is survived by his wife, Wendy (nee. Willfong) Kauten; son, Jacob Kauten; sister, Maria (Kevin) Spaight; special friends, Gene and Geno Drascic; and many nieces, nephews and friends.

Jason was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Paul and Kent Kauten; and father-in-law, Jerry Willfong.

Per Jason's wishes, a private service will be held at a later date.
