Burlington – Jerome Robert Goodman passed away on November 9, 2022, at the age of 82. He was born on May 15, 1940, to William and Florine (nee Yeager) Goodman. Jerome was a devoted Christian. He started his career by enrolling into the Navy, which he took great pride in. While in the Navy he crossed the Atlantic Ocean 58 times. After that he entered the Army National Guard. Jerome was an electrician at Chrysler, where he retired from. He was also a former member of the Masons. Some of his hobbies include watching the Packers, NASCAR and stock car races, going up north, karaoke and loved music. His all-time favorite thing to do was enjoy his time with his family.

Jerome is survived by his five children, Shelley (Terry) White, Jerry (Denise) Goodman, Jan (Brian Dixon) Dunn, Mindy (Mahdi) Al Momani, and Krystal (Jim Jorgenson) Strasser; grandchildren, Leah Goodman, Autumn Dunn, Eman and Ghaleb Al Momani, Kyler Goodman, Kaden and Arabella Strasser, Stephanie Gaal, Katie O'Brien, and Samantha Porter; great-grandchildren, Mariah Ives, Michaela O'Brien and Avrie Porter; and many step brothers and sisters.

Jerome was preceded in death by his parents, William and Florine Goodman, step-mother Margaret Gilles-Goodman, and brother, William Goodman Jr.

Visitation for Jerome will take place on November 19 from 11am – 1pm at Miller-Reesman Funeral Home with services and honors starting at 1pm. Private family services for burial will be at the Union Grove Veterans Cemetery at a later date.
