Paris- Joan Elizabeth Davidson (nee Murdoch), 52, passed away on September 18, 2017 at her home. She was born September 14, 1965 to Richard and Muriel (nee Kreuscher) Murdoch in Racine, WI. She graduated from Union Grove Union High School in 1983. Joan was a personal trainer as a young woman and enjoyed working out until her health prevented it. Joan was passionate about animals and cared for many exotic and domestic animals over the years. She loved spending free time reading books, especially true crime novels.

Joan is survived by her daughter, Tabatha Apfel (Mat Formanek); her granddaughter, Lucyl Formanek; her parents, Richard and Muriel Murdoch; her siblings, Kevin (Rhonda) Murdoch, Bryan (Terri) Murdoch, and Mark (Amy) Murdoch; and her nieces and nephews, Amber (Brian) Krause, Andrew Murdoch, Amanda (Joel) Radakovich, Nicole Murdoch, and Paige Murdoch.

Per Joan's wishes, the family will hold private services.
