Union Grove – Julie Ann Gren, age 58, passed away on February 10, 2024, at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center in Milwaukee. She was born on February 4, 1966, in Racine, WI. Julie graduated from Union Grove High School in 1984. She loved spending time in nature, swimming, and all things animals especially dogs. Julie was a hair stylist and loved giving manicures. She ran an in-home daycare center for five years and also worked as a CNA. Julie was an avid painter and enjoyed letting her creativity show.

Julie is survived by her children, Stephanie Mutz, Amanda Gren, Tyler Gren and Jennifer Gren; seven grandchildren; mother, Lora Gensler; brother, Mark DeSombre; Uncle Jerry Moldrem; several cousins; and her best friend for over 40 years, Heidi Schwarten.

Julie was preceded in death by her father, Arvin Mutz, and grandparents, Jan Stalnaker and John Ehorn and Betty and Bruce Mutz.

Visitation will take place on Saturday, February 17 from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm at First Congregational Church in Rochester, WI. Memorial service will immediately follow at 1:00 pm.
