Crandon – Kenneth D. Favell, age 88, passed away at St. Luke's Medical Center on July 13, 2019. He was born on March 16, 1931 to parents Delos and Ruth (nee. Singstock) Favell in Burlington, Wisconsin.

Kenneth was very proud of his military service. He served in the United States Navy during the Korean War, from 1948-1953, on two different submarines. Following that, Kenneth was very active in the Crandon DAV and American Legion Post 94 Honor Guard.

He is survived by his wife, Maria "Cookie"; children, Debra (Dan) Brown, Terri (Gene) Yurant, Scott (Gayle) Favell; step-daughter, Paula Goin; grandchildren, Sandra (Jeremy) Spencer, Amber (Brian) Braden, Daniel Brown (James); John, Madeline, and Claire Yurant; Spencer and Lauren Favell; step-grandchildren, Douglas Goin and Robert Steiner; great-grandchildren, relatives, and friends.

Services will be held at a later date in Crandon at the Praise Chapel Community Church. Please check funeral home website at a later date for updated service information.
