Kenneth R. Pieske entered into rest on February 25, 2026, at the age of 80 years old. Ken was born on July 30, 1945, in Cicero, Illinois to parents Edward Pieske and Lorraine Ebeling Pieske, who both passed away in 1997.

Ken married Sally Schilke in 1970 and together they had twin sons. He was a proud US Marine veteran who served during the Vietnam War. Ken worked at ARAMARK from 1970 until his retirement in 2004. After retirement, he worked part time at Sam's Club for 14 years. Ken enjoyed golf and loved to keep his yard looking good. Ken was a devout Catholic and was a member of St. Sebastian Catholic Church.

Ken is survived by his loving wife, Sally Pieske; sons, Bryan (Tracy) Pieske and Thomas (Becca) Pieske; three grandchildren, Katlyn (Adam), Alexis, Hunter, Piper, and Kaitlin (Luis); great grandchildren, Eleanore, Arlo, and Charles; siblings, Ron (Claudia) Pieske, Jacqueline (Kenneth) Langner, Geraldine (George) Young, William (Cheryl) Pieske, Norene Pieske, and Gloria (Michael); and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Ken was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Lorraine, and siblings, Edward (Walene) Pieske; Charles (Jeanne) Pieske, Joan Pieske, James Pieske, and Karen Pieske.

A visitation will be held at Miller Reesman Funeral Home on March 9, 2026, from 10am – 12pm. A prayer service will begin at noon immediately followed by military honors.
