Lynn L. Mack, Born Racine, WI June 5, 1933 – November 25, 2016
Lynn Laval Mack passed away peacefully with his family on Friday November 25, 2016.

Lynn is survived by his loving wife Joan Miles and 3 of his 4 sons, Gregory, Philip (Susanne) and Bryan (Melissa), and his 5 grandchildren (Cindy, Bryce, Anna, Lydia and Danielle). He will be dearly missed by his brother Ron Mack (Sharon) and nephews and niece, Kevin, Scott and Denise with their families. Lynn is also survived by his 1st wife Donna Wunrow-Olsen, and other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his son Kenneth, by his entrepreneurial father Elmer Mack, and his mother Lydia Steffen- Mack.

Lynn was a loving husband, brother, father and grandfather. He loved family time including travel, exploring, museums, art, music, camping, hiking, canoeing, fishing, golf and board games. Some of Lynn's creative passions included, painting, writing, photography and artistic interpretations. Lynn lived an accomplished life. He was a graduate of Lutheran High School and was the head of Student Government. As an established leader, he pursued a path in the seminary, but found his calling in education, public service, politics and public relations.

Lynn served his country as an Army forward observer at Fort Lewis, WA during the Korean Conflict. After his service, Lynn earned a degree in Philosophy at Valparaiso University. During Lynn's career, he worked as director for Atterbury Job Corps, as Administrative Assistant to Senator Hartke, and he ran several successful re-election campaigns. Lynn also worked in public relations for several major corporations. He worked in education for Polytechnic Institute of NY and for the School of Seamanship in Maryland.

Lynn wanted his life to be celebrated with family and friends with shared memories and laughter.

Lynn Mack's Honor Service will be held December 9th, 2016 at 3:00 P.M. at Southern WI Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Union Grove, WI Address: 21731 Spring Street Union Grove, WI 53182. Family may gather prior to this beginning at 1 pm at the Miller-Reesman Funeral Home and process together to the cemetery at 2:30 pm.

In lieu of flowers, the family would request donations made to Vitas Healthcare Milwaukee Program 2675 North May-Fair Rd, Suite 500 Wauwatosa, WI 53226 to acknowledge their wonderful compassion.
