Kenosha – Marilyn J. Sayles (nee. Riskus), age 67, passed away at her residence on April 26, 2020. She was born on August 28, 1952 in Chicago, IL to parents John and Mary (nee. Callahan) Riskus. On December 18, 1991, she married Robert Sayles and were married for 28 years. For many years, Marilyn worked at Pinkerton as a security guard. One of her favorite things to do was go to the casino and gamble. She loved arts and crafts, as well as animals. In addition to that, Marilyn loved nature and being down by the lake. Marilyn was a loving wife, mom, grandma, and great grandma. She will be dearly missed.

Marilyn is survived by her husband, Robert; children, Mary Martin, William T. Sayles, Jr. (Betty Jo Lester), and John Sayles (Justin Brhely); stepdaughter, Ronna (Luis) Gonzalez; grandchildren, Michael Martin, Mercedes (Tyler) Dile, Cody and Sabrina Sayles, Aaron, Zachary, and Patrick Shayhorn, Dylan Schneeweis, Donna (Hector) Sosa, Isabelle and Juan Cervantes; great-grandchildren, Liberty Ann and Rayden Alicia Martin; brothers, Ronald (Rose Mary) and Robert (Jean) Riskus; her dog, Morky.

She was preceded in death by her parents; former husband, William T. Sayles, Sr.; brothers, John P. Riskus, Jr. and William Riskus; son-in-law, Tony Martin.

Burial will be held at a later date.
