Marilynn Larsen was called home to be with her Savior on September 14, 2016. She was 91 years old. Marilynn is the mother of Scott (Debbie) Larsen, Cindy (Paul) Fredrich and Lynn (Chris) Dakins. Marilynn has 7 grandchildren, Garrett (Jessica) Larsen, Shawna (Mark) Riesen, Cole Larsen, Jason (Rorie) Fredrich, Justin (Sarah) Fredrich, Jim Dakins, and Daniel Dakins. She also has 10 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by Robert, her husband of 65 years, in August 2015.

Marilynn lived her life serving her husband and children. Marilynn's love of sewing led her to working part time at an up-scale fabric store called Kovack's in downtown Milwaukee. Marilynn and Bob had a mutual love for music and dancing. Up until a week before going to Jesus, she was still a master at Scrabble. Marilynn's love for the Lord was instrumental in the lives of her children. In later years, the touch of the Holy Spirit was evident by her sweet and joyful spirit.

Immediate family will be celebrating her life privately at a future date.

Memorials in Marilynn's name are suggested to the Union Grove Veterans Nursing Home.
