Racine- Jaxon James Clark, 21, passed away September 20, 2023, as the result of a tragic motorcycle accident in Hawaii. He was born April 18, 2002, to parents Brandon Clark and Danielle Westcomb. Jaxon graduated from Shoreland High School in 2020 and enlisted in the United States Navy July 2020. Following boot camp, he attended A school and C school in Pensacola, FL and later stationed at Naval Station Pearl Harbor in Honolulu, HI. He was first assigned to and completed a WestPac deployment on the USS Port Royal CG073 and later assigned to the USS William P Lawrence DDG 110, where he performed his duties as an Information Systems Technician, Petty Officer Second Class.

Jaxon was an incredibly creative and gifted writer, who would often pull readers into another world while reading his short stories. Jaxon also learned guitar as a young boy, a love he continued throughout his life. He was passionate about all genres of music and would often connect with people through music. His favorite pastimes were being in nature, hiking, and traveling. He would often daydream about living in the mountains, connected with the earth and living off the land. In his short, but very full life he was able to do extensive traveling which included many states and countries including Guam, Bahrain, Singapore, Philippines, and his favorite, Japan.

Jaxon is survived by his father, Brandon Clark (Lynda Studey); his mother, Danielle (Nick) Westcomb; siblings, Sabastion Halverson, Jayden Halverson, Bralyn Clark, Greyson Clark, Avery Westcomb, Colin Westcomb, Landon Morey, and Avonlea Morey; and grandparents, Troy and Tami Clark and Randall and Dana Johnson.

The visitation for Jaxon's family and friends will be held at Racine Bible Church on Sunday, October 15 from 1pm - 3 pm. The funeral service will begin at 3 pm followed by full military honors.
