Raymond Snopek, 93 of Raymond, passed away on April 15, 2016. He was born October 25, 1922 to Walter & Stella Snopek. He was married to Delores Pochowski for over 60 years. Raymond proudly served his country during WWII in the South Pacific for the Army. He worked as a machine repairman at Allen Bradley for 41 years. Raymond was a member of the Freemasons Nathan Hale Lodge for 50 years. He loved to travel with Delores. Raymond and Delores were foster parents for many children over the years.

Raymond is survived by his son, James (Susan) Snopek; grandchildren, Kerryann Douglas and Karla Snopek; six great-grandchildren, one great-great granddaughter.

Raymond was preceded in death by his wife, Delores; his son, Wayne; and his daughter, Dorothy Bump.

Visitation will be held at Good Hope Cemetery Chapel on Wednesday, April 20, 2016 from 10 am – 11 am. Memorial service will begin at 11 am with full military honors to follow.
