Richard was called home by our Lord on April 11, 2019 where he joined his wife, Mary,  and his son, Kurt.  He joined the United States Marine Corp in 1944 and served with honor in World War II where he received his Purple Heart among other honors.  He raised his family in Milwaukee and Peshtigo, WI as an electrician and gunsmith. He is survived by his daughter in law,  Elida Leiderbach, and his grandchildren, Jessica (Eric) DeVaughn and Ricky. To his family he was our rock and guiding force into all that was good.  We wish to thank the Veterans Center in Union Grove where Richard called his home for the last three years; the nurses and staff became our family.  His smile will always live in our hearts.
