Burlington – Robert James Bulow, age 78, passed away on April 16, 2017 at Ascension – All Saints Hospital in Racine. He was born on October 7, 1938, to parents Ira and Martha (nee. Grahler) Bulow in Whitewater, WI. On August 16, 1969, he married Joyce Riek, and together, raised a family, which was one of his most cherished times. Robert was a veteran of the United States Army and worked for Trent Tube in East Troy, WI for 44 years. When Robert was not working, he would love to ride his bike and go all over town on it.

Robert is survived by his loving wife, Joyce; his sons, Bradley (Nicole) and Craig (Kris); his grandchildren, Hunter and Benjamin Bulow, Catalyna Wilson; his siblings, Lawrence Bulow, Ernie (Pearl) Bulow and Ruby Clark; brother and sister-in-laws, Doris Bodden, Betty Bauman, Louise Stafford, Butch (Vi) Riek, Esther Sigmund, and Willis Riek, and Lou Riek.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Earl Simons and Ken Bulow; his sisters, Ida Schinke and Irene Terlimen; Joyce's siblings, Gordon Riek, Red Riek, Jeanette (Howard) Kammeraad, and Ed Riek.
