Union Grove - Roxeen Marie Stussy, age 82, passed away on January 2, 2024, at Aurora Medical Center in Mount Pleasant. She was born on October 14, 1941, in Lancaster, WI to parents Clayton and Vera Josephine (nee. Hoffman) Rux. Roxeen graduated from Lancaster High School 1959 and served in the United States Navy. On April 27, 1970, she married the love of her life, Gordon Stussy. She loved attending craft fairs and exploring her artistic side and owned and operated Missy Mouse Gift Shop in Union Grove. Roxeen loved going to bingo, but her greatest joy came from teaching her great-grandchildren how to bake, imparting family recipes that will be cherished for generations. Her favorite holidays were spent surrounded by her loved ones, laughing, reminiscing, and creating timeless memories.

Roxeen is survived by her husband, Gordon; children, Joe (Diane) Stussy, Bob (Diane) Stussy, Dan (BJ) Stussy, Tracy (Denise) Stussy; grandchildren, Joey, Cassidy, Cody, Brandon, Ally; numerous great grandchildren; brother, Ed Rux; and many nieces, nephews and friends.

Roxeen was preceeded in death by her infant daughter; her parents; sister, Deanna Simroll; and her beloved cat of 24 years, Sassy.

Visitation will be held at Miller Reesman Funeral Home on January 13 from 9 am – 11 pm with a service to begin at 11. Burial will immediately follow at Union Grove Memorial Cemetery.
