Sharon Schultz, age 79, passed away peacefully at Oak Ridge Care Center in Union Grove, WI on July 18, 2020.  She was born on February 26, 1941 to parents Eli and Ruth (Rommel) Dessloch.

Sharon enjoyed working outdoors, taking walks around the neighborhood and visiting with friends, whether on the phone or in person.  She loved to drive to Prairie du Chien, where her second home was, when the wildflowers were blooming.  She enjoyed the trails at Pikes Peak, especially during the "leaf-looking" season.  Sharon had a beautiful smile and contagious laugh.  Sharon had a love for cardinals; she believed they were a sign her son was near.

She is survived by her sister Gail Dessloch, dear friends and wonderful neighbors.

Sharon was preceded in death by her parents, Elias M. and Ruth V. Dessloch, and son, Derek D. Schultz.

A private celebration of Sharon's life will take place at a later date.
