Union Grove – Shirley Bertine Davis, age 83, passed away on August 13, 2024, at Wisconsin Veterans Home Boland Hall. She was born in California on August 6, 1941, to parents Thomas and Zella (nee. Fleharty) Taylor. After High School, she went on to serve in the Navy Communications for two years. Shirley met the love of her life, Richard Davis, in Maryland, and they united in marriage on January 5, 1961. At age 70, Shirley was a proud valedictorian graduate of the College of Business Administration. She was an excellent seamstress and especially enjoyed embroidery.

Shirley is survived by her children, Paula Davis and Candace DeBolt (Brian); grandchildren, Jeffrey, Cynthia (Michael), Salvatore (Melissa), Anthony (Coral), Charlie, and Vincent; and other relatives and friends.

Shirley was preceded in death by her husband, Richard; granddaughter, Tiffani Ann Milianti; son, Patric Wade Davis; brother, Thomas Frank Taylor; and sister, Irma Wolf.

Per Shirley's wishes a private family service has taken place.
