Union Grove - Suzanne "Sue" Zakrzewski (nee Mortier), 60, passed away December 23, 2017. A Celebration of Life will be held at Gamblers II Tavern/Sergio's Restaurant, 3731 S. Beaumont Avenue, Kansasville on Friday, December 29, 2017, at 2:00 pm.

Sue was a fighter all her life. Her last and biggest fight was her battle with cancer. She fought hard but the cancer won the final round on December 23, 2017.

Suzanne (Mortier) Zakrzewski was born on November 3, 1957 to Alfonse and Yvonne (Hawkins) Mortier.

Suzanne is survived by her brother, Gerald (Jean) Mortier; two nieces: Sadie and Brittany Mortier; a great nephew and great-niece Corbin and Annabella. She is also survived by her fur babies Kiki and Ozza. She is also survived by many cousins and friends too numerous to mention by name.

Suzanne is preceded in death by both her parents, and her fur babies Nana and Little Bit.

Sue and her family would like to thank Dr. Engel, Dr. Gerber, the nurses of the infusion center, the nurses of 3 ^rd Floor of Ascension Hospital and the Home Health Care nurses for all their help in trying to help win her final battle.

Sue will be missed for her fight and her kindness to others.
