Kenosha - Virginia Scott, age 84, passed away on October 10, 2024, at Froedtert Hospital in Kenosha. She was born in Butlerville, WI on July 17, 1940, to parents Ernest and Hazel (nee. Kaufman) Shoemaker. Virginia worked at Jockey for 22 years, at Bill of Fair as a hostess and manager and a hostess at Victoria's. She was an avid reader and enjoyed doing crossword puzzles and watching Jeopardy.

Virginia is survived by her children, Michelle (Donald) Wade and Jon (Trish Szopinski) Scott; grandchildren, Robert (Renee) Wade, Kathryn (Chris) Oliver, Amber (Ethan) Ball, Lauren (Matt Adams) Scott; great grandchildren; Arlyn, Waylon, Jackson, and Landon; siblings, Norma Timm, Albert (Bonnie) Shoemaker; special friend, David Covelli; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Virginia was preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Paul, Bill, Leo, Fern, Lucille, Donald, Wayne, Ervin, Dareld, and Darlene.

Per Virginia's wishes, private services will be held in her hometown.
