Union Grove - William "Bill" D. Kloss, age 74, passed away at the Wisconsin Veterans Home - Gates Hall on August 7, 2021. He was born on October 10, 1946 in Milwaukee, WI to parents Harold and Geraldine Kloss (nee. Russell). Bill was a proud United States Army veteran and actively served in the Vietnam War. During his time with the Army, he served with the 101st Airborne Screaming Eagles Division for 2 years. He took pride in being a former American Legion Honor Guard member. Bill worked as a factory worker at Hotpoint for 20 years. He was an avid Wisconsin sports fan and never missed a game on television. Bill had many hobbies including making all sorts of art, woodworking and making puzzles.

Bill is survived by his siblings; Linda (Bob) Welch, Patricia (Michael) Sommers, Duane Kloss; and many nieces, nephews and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and sister-in-law, Irene.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 17th from 10:00am - 12:00pm at Miller Reesman Funeral Home. Memorial service will immediately follow at 12:00pm. Burial and full military honors will take place at the Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery on September 21st at 1:00pm.
