Waterford – William "Bill" L. Emery, age 53, passed away peacefully on December 20, 2018. He was born on November 15, 1965 to parents Ronald and Francine (nee. Hill) Emery in Kenosha.

He served in the United States Army, and following that, he worked for the Canadian Pacific Railroad.

William was very artistic and loved to draw, particularly trains and guitars. He also played guitar and loved Halloween. He was very generous and had a big heart for helping the mentally challenged.

William is survived by his parents, Ronald and Francine; his son, Louis (Robbyn Struck) Emery; siblings, Denise (Ken) Modrak, Joe Emery, Lee (Kim) Emery, and Michelle Emery.
