Sturtevant – Wyatt A. Sanders, age 63, passed away on April 2, 2018 surrounded by his family. He was born in Georgia on September 7, 1954 to parents James and Dora (nee. Hamitt) Sanders. On July 20, 1974, he married Bonnie Olle.

For over 30 years, Wyatt was a truck driver. In his free time, he loved to fish, woodworking, going on family trips, and watching his kids and grandkids play sports. More than anything, he loved spending time with his family and friends.

Wyatt is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Bonnie; children, Russell (Pauline), Jeffery (Amy), and Amanda (Jamie) Cathey; grandchildren, Hailey, Kayden, Wyatt, Ellis, and Mackynzie; his Georgia family and friends; the Ahles, Olle, Bates, and Acker families.

He was preceded in death by his parents; grandson, Austin Sanders; siblings, Charles Grady and Elaine Samples; brother-in-law, Ralph "Butch" Olle.

Visitation for Wyatt's family and friends will be held at the funeral home on Sunday, April 8, 2018 from 4 – 7 pm. Memorial services will follow at 7pm.
